- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once the return is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is kept in its original packaging.

After the item reaches our warehouse, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement jar at no extra cost.
